Hello Beauties! A couple months back I received a few DevaCurl products through Influenster. Thank you so much Influenster and DevaCurl! I am extremely happy to be back writing and giving you guys my thoughts on these products! It has been way too long and I am truly sorry for this! I have no excuse to say other then life got in my way. Blogging is my passion and I do not want to let anything interrupt my beauty blogging! So without further a do, let’s get on to the post!
I received the DevaCurl: Melt Into Moisture Mask, Deep Sea Repair Mask, and a small sample Micellar Water Cleansing Serum. For the last two months I have been focusing on using both the masks that came in my Voxbox. Both masks did an amazing job and left a significant difference in my hair. Both masks are true to what they say they would do for your hair. Now I want to get a little more in depth of each mask and recommended which mask I think would benefit you the best!
I first started off using the DevaCurl Melt Into Moisture Matcha Butter Conditioning Mask. The mask has a strong salon smell that I did not mind. After one use I did start noticing a difference, the mask helped my hair to look and feel healthy. I use this mask by applying it into clean wet hair at night and letting it sink throughout the night. The bottle also says you can use it in the shower by leaving it on for a few minutes which I also did and would leave it on for about ten minutes. I did not notice any big difference from when I would leave the mask on for ten minutes from when I would leave it on overnight. Although the mask did leave my hair moisturized I expected to have even better results when I would leave the mask on for a longer period of time. I enjoyed using the mask but it reminded me a lot of drugstore price masks, which makes me question if it is worth the high price.
While using the DevaCurl Melt Into Moisture Mask I started also using the Deep Sea Repair Seaweed Strengthening Mask by DevaCurl. The Deep Sea Mask happens to be my favorite mask from the two, plus it has a light pleasant smell. While using this mask my hair became stronger, shiner, healthier, smoother, bouncier, and flexible. What truly wow me while using this mask is how well my hair would last between washes. With my curly hair things can get crazy quick, but this mask prolonged the time my hair usually last and controlled my crazy curls. Both these mask I received from DevaCurl worked well with each other, but the one I would highly recommend is the Deep Sea Mask!
