Hello Beauties!
Believe it or not I am coming at you with another DevaCurl product review! I am so happy and excited that DevaCurl and Influenster have given me my third DevaCurl Voxbox! In this box I received the DevaCurl Leave-In Decadence Ultra Moisturizing Leave-In Conditioner. So far all the products that I have tested from this brand did not disappoint and once again I am going to review for you all another amazing DevaCurl product!
DevaCurl Leave-In Decadence is truly a magical product. I say this because when I apply it to the hair it immediately gets sucked straight into the hair shaft, moisturizing your hair from the inside out! When I apply it to my hair it almost feels as if I am not applying anything at all because of how quick it sinks into the inside of the hair shaft. But do not be alarm when you feel that you have no product in your hair, just give the product a minute and touch your hair again. Your hair will feel extremely soft and hydrated. The DevaCurl Decadence Conditioner works the exact same way.
I was also truly impressed how well this product holds. The DevaCurl Leave-In Decadence does an amazing job fighting frizz and defining the curls. My hair will last for about four days before needing to be washed. Even on the third and fourth day I can still see beautiful spiral curls which is not something I am used to when I have not washed my hair in so long. Although DevaCurl Leave-In Conditioner is moisturizing and controls frizz the product truly is a light weight formula. Use your favorite styling cream after applying this leave-in conditioner and be mesmerized by your curls!

I love your hair but I’m sure it must be hard to manage. But it’s always good when you find products that work for you. I still have yet to find the perfect hair products for my hair and I’m getting impatient because I feel like I’ve tried everything and I hate using a ton of product on my hair just to tame it.

Yes I feel you, what is your hair type? Honestly since I have been using better quality products I am noticing a huge difference and will start investing now in better products. When I went back to using my regular products my hair just wasn’t the same. I am still in search for the perfect curling cream!

My hair is wavy but it can get really frizzy and it doesn’t help that I have some baby hairs around my forehead still so those tend to stick

Omg I pressed sent lol. As I was saying, baby hairs around my forehead and temples so they stick out more and have to use many products just to get them to stay in place. My hair has always been fussy and unfortunately I can’t afford expensive products so for now, I’m using a few drugstore brands but once I finish all the shampoo I have, I’ll be buying shampoo and conditioner without sulfates and see if that helps.

Oh okay, I guess since my hair is curly I do not notice my baby hairs that much but my main problem is that I have horrible split ends. I have not cut my hair in over five years. You should definitely switch to sulfates free products when you can I think that will help a lot. Honestly I am new too at using better quality products and actually checking the ingredients before buying. So I am thankful Deva Curl sent me these products because it showed me such a huge difference products can make. But I can afford either to buy everything in high brand so I hoping to find good products around the mid range section!

Omg girl!!! Get that hair trimmed!! Because split ends can damage your way in a way as well. Hopefully it’s not too far damaged to the point where you’ll have to chop off a large amount of hair.
And I had one that was sulfate free but I didn’t like it that much it didn’t do anything for my hair lol. It depends on the brand I guess and what my hair likes.

Omg I know🙈! I didn’t even realize how much damage split ends cans cause! But I finally went today and got my ends cut!.I’m so happy and I’m going to go back in 2 months since I know there still a few split ends left. Will hopefully you find a good shampoo for your hair type soon. When you do let’s us know!!

Lol yeah I also don’t use heat products as much so my hair is healthier for much longer than when I was in my teens 🤣
But that’s great you finally went. I probably need to go soon but now I kind of want to grow out my hair again lol. Short or long, it’s a pain in the ass to manage it. 🙄
And will do! I’ve had a hair care post on how I manage my hair on my drafts for over a year thinking “this is it, I’ve found what works for me” but nope 😭😭

Yeah for 5 years I straightened my hair and did so much damage to it. But for 6 years now I have been focusing on getting it healthy and loving my curls. Aww that is crazy you had a draft on hold for so long! As soon as you release it I’m going so excited to see it! Do you do deep treatments to your hair to help with the frizz?
